Ainslie supports colleges in 2008 Swans Cup

The Ainslie Football Club is supporting local colleges, Dickson and Daramalan, in the 2008 "AFL Swans College Cup".

The Swans Cup is designed to engage and introduce Year 11 & 12 students to the game of Australian Football in the ACT and Region. It provides students with an opportunity to learn about and participate in our game in a fun and friendly environment. The Swans Cup will be the pinnacle of AFL at school level in the ACT and Region and will ultimately send the regional winner to the State Knockout.

Ainslie has had full playing strips made for Daramalan and Dickson Colleges - and they look fantastic!

Dickson College will combine with Hawker College to enter a team in the competition.  They will wear strips provided by the Belconnen Magpies Football Club with whom Ainslie is working to support this team.

Ainslie will host Daramalan home games on Ainslie Oval.
