The 79th Annual General Meeting of the Ainslie Football Club will be held on Sunday 13th December 2009 at the Ainslie Football & Social Club. The meeting will begin at 10am and will be followed by the AGM of the Social Club at 11am.

Agenda:

1. To confirm the minutes of the 78th AGM held Sunday 7 December 2008.
2. To receive the Committee reports on the activities of the Club during the preceding Club year
3. To receive from the Committee the Statement of Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2009
4. To elect Directors
5. To elect by Special Resolution, an ordinary member/s as a Life Member of the Club
6. To transact any other business which may be brought forward in conformity with the Rules of the Club
